Thank you for registering your child for the Spring 2017 Champions Foundations League .  A receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. 

What's next?

• Your Child will have Orientation on Feb. 25th & a possible other date, we will let you know when available.  Location & times are available via website and Facebook.
  
• Fundraising materials will be issued at the Orientation Event. We will advise in the email sent prior to event.
• You will need to purchase cleats, shinguards, & a ball for your child. You may go to Soccerworld at 3441 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, TX 78201 and mention USLA for a 10% discount on your purchases.
• Training will begin Mar. 20th. Practices will be held 2 times a week on Monday & Wednesday at Olmos Basin Soccer Fields.
  

• Your child will be required to show a copy of their birth certificate for Age Verification and submit a Signed Media/Medical Waiver & Champions Declaration Pledge prior to the first day of practice. These items can be taken care of at Orientation or You may also download the form here, print, scan and email the signed form or email a copy of your birth certificate to: [email protected]. Your child will not be allowed to participate until they have submitted these forms and Age Verification is complete.
